A Site Visit is a complimentary service that we offer to help you plan your budget and make the most of your home location. Once you’ve selected a home and found the land you want to build on, Olympia Homes will walk your lot with you to discuss any work that will need to be done to the land prior to building, how to place your home on the land to maximize sun exposure and views, and more. You’ll even receive a plot plan that shows the proposed location of your home on your land!
